JOB PURPOSE:
The Director of Strategic Growth is responsible for developing and executing the organic growth plan for their zone. They are focused on business expansion, innovation, and long-term organizational growth. They work cross-functionally with other sales leaders to identify new market opportunities, enhance existing relationships, and optimize company performance. 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.  • Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams by developing and nurturing relationships with key referral sources. • Develop a comprehensive organization wide sales strategic plan that is aligned with overall business priorities. • Foster a culture of innovation by prompting new ideas and leading change acceleration processes. • Leverage data, analytics, and insights to guide decision-making, track growth, and adjust strategies. • Drive clinical education & marketing opportunities within the zone • Engages and partners closely with cross functional business leaders and units, providing open communication and ensuring processes align to the achievement of the most important shared goals. • Represents Numotion at conferences, trade fairs and networking events. • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.   • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.  • Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority. • The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position.  The duties and responsibilities will be subject to change based on organizational needs and/or as deemed necessary by management.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience.   PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience in a clinical/therapy role and/or ATP role. • Knowledge of CRT (Complex Rehab Technology) business. • Proven prior commercial success. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data driven decision-making. • Inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influences actions and opinions of others; provides vision to peers and team. • Ability to effectively utilize technology and learn and adapt to innovative technology environments.   • Demonstrates ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals.  • Proven prior ability to act as a change agent and leading the acceptance of change within a rapidly changing environment.   • Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives.  • Demonstration of exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers.  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.   • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.   PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS: • The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • 50% or more travel required. • Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associate with computer equipment. • Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer. • Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands. • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. • Ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to work overtime as needed.   Review and approval: • The employee is expected to adhere to all organization policies while employed.  I have read and understand the contents of this job description.
