What You'll Do:

As a Director of Strategy, you'll be at the forefront of our business strategies by developing and executing the strategy, as well as sustaining implementation efforts. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:

Develop and communicate the business's strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities and threats. Lead the annual Strategy and Action Plan (STRAP) process, overseeing execution and implementation. Establish and monitor performance metrics to measure progress towards strategic goals. Identify and mitigate strategic risks to ensure long-term business success. Execute the Business Technology Plan, integrating technology initiatives with the overall strategy. Implement a comprehensive Sustainability Strategy, enhancing sustainable practices within the organization. Lead the New Business Development Steering Committee, identifying global application segments and expansion opportunities

Skills That Make A Difference:

10+ years of business leadership experience across large, cross-functional teams. 5+ years of direct responsibility and accountability for business development, marketing, strategy, and business analysis, with a proven ability to drive improvements in business results. 5+ years of team leadership experience with a track record of talent development. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical skills. Global strategy and marketing leadership experience. Strong project and initiative leadership across functions. Knowledge or experience in the elastomer industry, especially in plastics. Background or experience in sustainability. Experience in leading marketing research and competitive analysis. Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making with significant bottom-line impact.
