**Job Title** Director of Strategy and Analytics **Job Description Summary** The Director of Strategy & Analytics will lead all strategy support goals for the Integrated Portfolio Management Team. This individual will lead and perform research, financial & predictive modeling, report findings in written and presentation format, organize data and data sources. This individual will work closely with the IPM Director, other account leaders, and the client contacts to deliver leadership, dashboards, and insights for the client portfolio. The director is responsible to transform data into client insights and support the build of sophisticated user-friendly tools and consider creative approaches to analyzing the client’s real estate portfolio to promote strategy development and attainment of long-term operational and financial goals. **Job Description** Job Description • Lead all efforts on portfolio strategy research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and quantitative projections relative to the client’s portfolio. Provide a day-to-day focus on execution of new and innovative solutions and models for the client’s portfolio. • The Director is responsible to design and build scalable solutions for the client including advanced analytics tools, reports and products. These solutions are intended to improve service delivery and portfolio insight. • Regularly interact with the CW Portfolio Strategy Platform team to bring best practices, insights, and solutions development to the client. This may include software tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI, along with data sources such as Costar and proprietary client data. • Organize data into logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materials and management analysis reports with the goal to create innovative strategies that help our client make value-based decisions and effect meaningful change for their business which lead to quantifiable results. • Leverage and expand use of on-account software platforms to enhance analysis and reporting. Deliver market intelligence, customer analysis and competitor insights to the client to help drive their business goals. • Support and contribute to a collaborative and innovative teamwork environment. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
