The overall goal for the position will be to ensure that the manufacturing equipment & technology is _developed, established, maintained, and continuously improved_ to meet Danfoss Drives business objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. **Job Responsibilities** + Lead a team of highly specialized, competent, and committed technology experts + Ensure Danfoss Drives maintain high level of SC technology expertise + Manage Project plans and targets in strong collaboration with Danfoss stakeholders + Represent SC Management in cross functional New Product Development + Drive the Manufacturing footprint development and optimization projects + Ensure the financial feasibility in projects through CAPEX and cost calculation + Build relationships to relevant external stakeholders like universities etc. **Background & Skills** Required (basic) qualifications • Bachelor’s in engineering • Experience from Industrial and/or Electronics manufacturing setups • Knowledgeable about and experienced in Manufacturing Technologies • Leadership experience from either direct management or project management Preferred qualifications • MBA is preferred • Leadership experience leading leaders • Previous experience operating in a global company Job Criteria • You have the drive for and understand technology as an enabler for high quality and efficient manufacturing setups • You like to work through people with different background and experience to get highly technical issues resolved • You are known for your open-mind and communicative approach.
