If you have leadership skills and strong experience in Surgical Services, you may be the person we need to join our team as the Director of Surgical Services. Bentonville Hospital is currently seeking a leader that has the management capabilities to lead our Surgical Services team forward into the future. If you join our team in this role, you will report to the Director of Nursing and have the opportunity to lead a team of trained professionals who want to care for our patients in the best way possible.

Department: Surgical Services
Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday
**Key responsibilities of this position include:**
Overseeing the daily operations of the surgery department
Staffing and training of the Surgical Services team
Overseeing pre- and post-operative care of patients
Procuring and Maintaining equipment and supplies
**Key qualifications to be considered for this include:**
Licensed RN with at least 5+ years of experience in the field; 10+ preferred
Strong technical understanding of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong management and business acumen within a competitive and regulated
Experience leading teams with the ability to inspire and motivate
Masters Degree preferred
