oversight of all daily nursingclinical recruitment operations that support the entire Hartford HealthCare system The Director will have oversight of the day to day operation and creation of Hartford HealthCarersquos sourcing strategy including resource allocation and active involvement with vendor management and websiteCRM administration As a member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team the Director will assist in the creation and execution of Talent Acquisitionrsquos long term strategyKey AccountabilitiesLead a team of approximately Recruiters on all day to day recruitment activities that support the Hartford HealthCare system Partner within Talent Acquisition and with other internal HHC customers to create and ensure efficient effective recruitment and sourcing campaigns targeting the right audience at the right timeLead Talent Acquisitionrsquos recruitment team by offering support and guidance regarding the creation of recruitment strategies to support critical areas of needPartner with Talent Acquisitionrsquos leadership team to develop effective and creative recruitment strategies to further attract diverse talentEngage team members to continuously improve Talent Acquisitionrsquos recruitment function Maintains ownership of processes and responsibility for standard work creationDevelop appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms service level agreements and other planning and measurement tools to build accountability and measure results impact and cost effectiveness of the hiring process and talent acquisition teamDemonstrate HHCrsquos leadership behaviors and represent Talent Acquisition in a positive manner both within the department and with key stakeholders Partner with the Manager of Business Systems to optimize create and utilize appropriate technology to support workflowsPartner successfully with internal colleagues to successfully promote and enhance Hartford HealthCarersquos employee brand with external candidatesMaintain working knowledge of all Talent Acquisition systems in addition to management responsibilities Active participation in Talent Acquisition Work Groups Lean Daily Management huddles and other department
