Director of Talent Acquisition Overview:
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead our efforts to build a pipeline of top global talent that aligns with PlanITROI’s mission-driven and rapidly expanding organization. You will excel at recruiting senior and executive-level passive candidates, using a structured, repeatable process to maintain a robust candidate pipeline. As a proven leader in high-paced, results-focused environments, you will drive your team to meet recruitment targets and service levels. Reporting to the CHRO/CSO and partnering closely with the CEO and hiring managers, you will lead initiatives, streamline processes, and keep recruitment a top priority across the organization. This hands-on role requires overseeing the recruitment of leaders for PlanITROI’s Executive Leadership Team and operates remotely in Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities
+ Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, and Executive Team.
+ Lead and mentor both the U.S. and global recruitment teams.
+ Consistently meet and exceed recruitment service level agreements (SLAs) including time-to-fill, time-to-post, and interview process duration.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to design seamless onboarding plans for new hires.
+ Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth team integration.
+ Facilitate weekly strategic recruitment meetings to optimize hiring processes.
+ Manage the recruitment and sourcing for executive roles, both domestic and international.
+ Develop targeted marketing and branding initiatives to attract passive and active candidates globally.
+ Oversee agency relationships, reviewing and negotiating agreements as necessary.
+ Implement global recruitment strategies and processes to support sustainable growth.
+ Establish referral programs and networking events that drive high-quality internal and external referrals.
+ Source passive candidates through a mix of channels, including social media, networking, cold calling, and research (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice).
+ Create and maintain recruitment dashboards that highlight current efforts and metrics.
+ Draft, edit, and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
+ Design and revise job descriptions and role-specific screening questions.
+ Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics using scorecards and dashboards.
+ Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure recruitment objectives are met.
Key Qualifications
+ Extensive experience in executive-level recruitment and sourcing, both in the U.S. and globally.
+ Proven stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, partnership-based approach.
+ Background in IT, computer hardware, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
+ Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on talent evaluation and integration.
+ Experience in talent assessment for corporate acquisitions is highly desirable.
+ Demonstrated success in internal talent acquisition roles.
+ Commitment to creating a top-notch candidate experience at every stage.
+ Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities to meet and exceed expectations.
+ Excellent relationship-building skills with external partners and stakeholders.
+ Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Able to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
+ Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding strategies.
+ Proficient in leveraging social media and job boards to attract top talent.
+ Experience managing recruitment teams across U.S. and international locations.
+ Solid understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices in the U.S. and globally.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
