Director of Talent Aquisition

What you’ll do:

The Director, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring efforts for the organization within a Shared Services environment. This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment team, and partnering with the HSC VP, Talent to ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent.

Responsibilities:

       Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.       Collaborate with HSC Talent Acquisition team to build a strong employer brand to attract top talent across various functions.       Identify and utilize innovative recruitment methods and tools to source candidates.       Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.       Oversee the recruitment team, ensuring they meet hiring targets and maintain high standards of service.       Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.       Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure job offers align with company standards.       Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruitment processes.       Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activity, outcomes, and trends to Director, Talent Acquisition.       Continuously improve the recruitment process based on data-driven insights.       Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and facility staff throughout the recruitment process.       Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists and recruiters.       Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.       Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.       Regular and reliable attendance.       Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years recruiting experience.
