In search of a Director of Talent and Workforce Transformation who is a dynamic, creative, and driven, with a direct reporting relationship to the CHRO/CCO.

 

The Director is responsible for driving:

Company CultureEmployee EngagementEmployee RetentionEmployee Orientation and OnboardingEmployee DevelopmentEmployee Well-BeingOngoing Research for innovative Strategies to bring about the successful development and implementation of 1 through 6 above. Responsibilities A strong emphasis on Engagement, Retention, Staff Development, and Innovation is crucial.Partner with CHRO to ensure an organizational culture where all employees have the training and opportunity to serve our residents with humility, integrity, compassion and respect.Develop and execute comprehensive strategies and tactics for talent management. Develop and manage employee retention and loyalty programs.Develop strategies and create tactics to enhance employee Well-Being.Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend solutions to improve the employee experience.Analyze employee data and comparative “best practice” trends to identify areas of improvement.Collaborate with the Senior Leadership and campus H.R. staff to ensure the successful implementation of employee-related development programs.Track employee retention metrics and measure the success of engagement and retention strategies.Collaborate with all departments in planning, organizing, and implementing educational programs and developing educational resources.Responsible for enhancing successful employee orientation and assessing ongoing educational needs.Develop and implement innovative and online staff development; provide motivating educational communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and training; additional related certification is a plus.Strong work tenure. At least five years of experience in employee Retention, Engagement and Staff Development.Must have a track record of proven results in enhancing Retention, Engagement, and Staff Development.Strong, effective communication skillsStrong research skills.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff.Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective.Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Forward looking innovative thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
