Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Talent Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic development and implementation of talent management programs that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a passionate leader who can foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence within our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that supports the company's business objectives and growth plans.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key talent needs and create succession planning frameworks.
Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions on talent development initiatives.
Learning and Development
Design and implement innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills enhancement.
Oversee the creation and delivery of training materials, e-learning modules, and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Performance Management
Lead the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure alignment of performance management practices with overall talent development strategies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related HR function, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management programs in a corporate environment.

Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
