Oversee technical operations, regulatory compliance & affairs, complaint management, customer audits, labeling, policies, procedures, traceability, etc. Oversight of R&D teams to innovate and enhance our product offerings. USDA labeling regulatory requirements including child nutrition, Organic, Halal, etc.  Responsibilities:Technical Operations across all aspects of food manufacturingAdherence to food safety regulations and industry standardsMicrobiological and Chemical laboratory oversightQuality Assurance and ControlProcess improvement and, R&D, Project ManagementCustomer focus, customer relations and cross functional collaboration Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field; preferred advanced degreeMinimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership within the food industry – Ready to Eat – RTE experience preferredStrong knowledge of food safety regulations (USDA, FDA) and quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, BRC, GFSI etc.)Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Experience in project management, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external stakeholders.Office based role with frequent visits to production facilities and supplier visits, conferences, and regulatory inspections Benefits and Perks:Industry competitive compensation based on your experience/qualificationsHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance (HSA/FSA)401K planPTOYour New Organization:Your New Organization:The Reserves Network has partnered with a private family-owned company to find their next Food Manufacturing Director of Technical Services.
