Director of Technology, Customer 360
The Director, Technology Customer 360 will shape, architect and socialize strategic investments to help the organization deliver next-generation technology. Will create and communicate detailed technology architecture and implementation roadmap. Leads technical teams through design and development of technology platforms integrated with transactional systems, external data sources, and marketing activation platforms. Provides subject matter expertise on transformational initiatives and business value. This is a hybrid role in our Newton, MA office. **What you will be doing:** + Lead meetings and workshops driving to key decisions and all things relevant to the overall technology initiative and marketing enablement ecosystem as it relates to data, integrations, and activations. + Act as overall program lead implementing technology initiatives and technical lead overseeing technical delivery from strategy and roadmap planning to project mobilization to technical implementation. + Define and implement marketing solutions that deliver on data-driven, personalized, one-to-one, experiences. + Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations across all digital capability areas (data integration, master data, customer data, marketing automation, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, and commerce). + Provide points of view on vendor platforms and technology landscape to support client transformation initiatives **What we hope you bring to the role:** + Bachelor's Degree (3 years of additional relevant experience would be considered in lieu of applicable degree). + Minimum 10 years of experience developing and implementing marketing ecosystems with a specific focus on data and customer data platforms. + Minimum of 5 years of experience with one of the following vendor products – Microsoft D365 CID, CIJ, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and/or B2C), and/or SAP Commerce Cloud (hybris). + Minimum 5 year playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives. + 5 years of Microsoft Customer Insights – Data & Customer Insights – Journey Certification or similar implementation – Green field, Brown field is Preferred. + At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position. **Additional Job** **Requirements** + Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback as well as managing and/or being managed by remote teams/offices + Experience collaborating with Product Managers on technology roadmaps + Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation. + Strong knowledge of vendor marketplace including cloud platforms, Marketing Technology and integration platform providers + Experience with technologies and processes for marketing, personalization, enrichment, data orchestration and integration **Compensation Range:** The annual starting salary of this role is between $170,000 - $190,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
