This position is critical in shaping and advancing the MaineMBA program as it continues to grow in stature and enrollment. The MaineMBA leverages world-class faculty from the Maine Business School at the University of Maine and the University of Southern Maine School of Business to deliver a flexible MBA that is a great value for learners. The MaineMBA program is delivered mostly online but has developed a capstone course (the MBA Academy) that offers students a low-residency model. This position involves strategic planning, collaboration, and leadership to enhance student engagement, alumni relations, and program growth. Typical hiring salary for this position is up to $129,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
Required:
+ Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
+ 5+ years of work experience in higher education.
+ Evidence of relationship building that enhances organizational outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA or Ph.D. in a business discipline.
+ Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
+ Experience in higher education administration.
+ Experience supporting the recruitment and retention of Master’s degree students.
+ Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
+ Familiarity with AACSB standards and processes.
+ An understanding and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the program and the broader academic community.
