Prudential, a global leader in expanding access to investing, insurance, and retirement security, is seeking a Director of Thought Leadership Insights & Orchestration. This role will influence the thought leadership direction and strategy across our US business, reinforcing our goal to help people live a better life, longer. The successful candidate will elevate Prudential's position as an industry thought leader, fostering deeper connections with customers and key decision-makers through innovative insights and perspectives.

Key Aspects of the Role:Individual contributor collaborating with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop and implement thought leadership strategies that align with Prudential's overall business objectivesOrchestrate and facilitate thought leadership development, rather than focusing on first-person authorshipEnsure thought leadership initiatives receive support from key decision-makers across the organizationDrive the use of thought leadership and its content through the marketing funnel, including for performance marketing purposes
What You Can Expect:Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, CMOs, and cross-functional teamsDevelop points of view and compelling narratives using internal and external data, along with original research, to uncover trends and position Prudential as an industry leaderCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution of thought leadership initiativesUse internal expertise and data, original research, existing insights, and/or external partnerships to create authoritative and unique points of viewCollaborate with insights team to commission new research or develop learning agendasSource unique datasets and/or initiate research to fill knowledge gapsWork with analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of thought leadership initiatives, including driving engagement and generating leadsStay up to date on the latest trends in thought leadership strategies and best practices
What You’ll NeedExperience in developing and executing successful thought leadership strategies in the financial services industryIndustry knowledge in one of the following is required: life insurance, group insurance, retirement and annuities. High aptitude to learn about other businesses quicklyStrong understanding of trends and opportunities in investing, insurance, and retirement securityCritical thinker and excellent storyteller, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narrativesExperience in collaborating with content creators and researchers.Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data and researchExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and business leadersB2B or B2B2C experienceAdvanced degree in economics or related fields (Ph.D. is a plus)

What we offer you:Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
