Our client, a global tech organization, is seeking a dynamic, experience Director of Total Rewards to join the team at their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses excellent compensation experience specific to SaaS organizations, having supported sales compensation as well as executive compensation processes as well. Additionally, this person will support their go to market population, so experience in this arena is imperative. Bachelors' degree required.10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, with a focus on global compensation strategy.Experience with global benchmarking, as well as sales & executive compensation, required.Work experience with Go-to-Market populations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), required.

The salary range for this role is $175k-$200k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
