As our Director of Training, AR and Denials, you will oversee the domestic and global Denials and AR training and quality assurance teams. Every day, you will
provide the development of comprehensive training programs focused on denials management and AR strategies. You will also oversee the quality audit team, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in operational efficiency. To thrive in this role, you must have a proven background in curriculum development and strategic quality audit initiatives. You will work closely with the AR/Denials leadership team to ensure quality standards are maintained both Globally and Domestically, and an advanced understanding of the Revenue Cycle process is helpful.
**Here’s what you will experience working as a Director of Training, AR and Denials:**
+ Responsible for the oversight of up to 10-15 staff members.
+ Oversees the quality audit team, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
+ Responsible for the analysis of internal quality audits; makes recommendations for education or counseling for staff as appropriate.
+ Ability to create and maintain designated KPI metrics.
+ Independently assesses training needs, designs targeted content, and delivers effective training sessions for various levels within the organization. Utilizes creative approaches to content development, incorporating multimedia, simulations, and other engaging methods to enhance the learning experience.
+ Collaborates with global and domestic team members to identify areas for improvement and implements innovative training solutions.
+ Acts as a resource for onboarding and new hire initiatives, providing guidance and support for a smooth integration into the organization.
+ Evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to programs.
+ Demonstrates the capacity to assess and translate organization/internal customer needs into learning objectives and devises effective training solutions.
**Required Skills:**
+ Experience in training and curriculum development for a large organization.
+ Revenue cycle experience and strategic training / quality initiative experience.
+ Current supervisory or management experience.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,151.00 - $167,640.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
