The Director of Transformation Management drives the end-to-end delivery of key streams of work including (1) Operational Tools development and operationalization (2) Ops Readiness for new Peacock features (3) Executive Communication and Reporting and (4) Ad Hoc Strategic initiatives. The Director will work in close partnership with Product, Architecture, and Technical Teams handling core activities including facilitating internal and external meetings, planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, validation, documentation, and communication. The ideal candidate will work well with multi-disciplinary teams, strives for continuous improvement, resolves conflicts, has strong relational leadership skills, is good at detail management, and has great communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Technical and Operational Program Managers building an environment of teamwork, trust, and mutual successDeeply understand Peacock Global Operations’ business and technical strategy to proactively identify and drive high-impact programsDevelop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of programs and establish frameworks that foster high-quality, metrics-driven program deliveryPartner with product, architecture, engineering and operations teams to drive alignment, prioritization, and critical decision-makingNavigate diverse stakeholder groups, forming and sustaining trusted relationshipsDefine and manage the operating rhythms for the Engineering org - planning, program management, partnership syncs, etc.Influence leaders and teams to effect change across Peacock operationsIdentify and pro-actively manages program risk and keeps project teams from repeating past mistakesDevelops succinct, high-impact executive communication to keep the program transparent to all involved key stakeholders

Qualifications10+ Years of experience in managing engineering or operational programs and designing large-scale or complex technical initiativesExperience leading and mentoring TPMsExcellent cross-group collaboration and conflict management in corporate settingOutstanding verbal and written communication skills at all levels of engagementProject and/or program management experience leading high-level cross-functional and global teams

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
