Director of Transport Solutions
**DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS AND FUEL SYSTEM DIVISIONS M/F** **Location** Saint-Quentin-Fallavier Occasional national and foreign trips (factories) **Job Summary** As Director of the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site which brings together the IR Transport Solutions activity for France, you ensure the growth of sales and profitability of the Divisions through the active promotion of products and services, particularly with key account customers. You manage the activities of the sales team, technical service and operations of the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site. You cooperate in the European leadership team with the other European sales and manufacturing subsidiaries of Ingersoll Rand Transport Solutions, and with the Commercial Director of the EMEIA Transport Solutions business unit. **Responsibilities** + Grow revenue and EBITDA by developing market share; + Develop the strategic and operational plans of the Transport Solutions including Fuel System product lines; + Consolidate and report sales forecasts and order entry to senior managers; + Manage the activity of the sales team and services of the Transport Solutions team on the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site; + Negotiate complex contracts with major accounts (major players) in France or abroad on a European scale; + Manage and compile the annual budget in accordance with the operational and strategic plans developed with the division management team; + Consolidate sales forecasts every month, quarter and year in accordance with the group's calendars; + Participate in weekly conference calls relating to delivery and invoicing as well as weekly IDM + Guarantee the application of Group directives on the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site; + Provide support to the HR department for the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site; + Order all payments and carry out all formalities with all administrations for the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site; + Respond to calls for tenders, negotiation, finalization and signing of supplier and customer contracts for the Transport Solutions business of Gardner Denver France; **Basic Qualifications** Education required: The job requires knowledge of bac+5 level in the commercial and/or management field; Experience: Solid experience in the field, minimum 8 years in a similar position; This position is open to people with disabilities. **Travel and work arrangements/requirements** Travel to be planned occasionally within France (customer sites and internal sites) + abroad (factories) **Key competencies** Specialized knowledge in finance, commerce, management, manufacturing processes, mechanical engineering, rotating machinery, hydraulics and highly specialized knowledge in business strategy for: + Analyze the structures activity data and identify areas for development; + Lead and manage teams; + Lead project management; + Define commercial policy; + Develop and monitor budgets, resources and investments; + Adapt to regulations; + Deploy problem-solving methods; + Recruit and retain talent; + Must have mastery of the English language in a technical, commercial and managerial context; **What we offer** Company car Bonus linked to results Family mutual insurance Meal tickets Company bank card Profit sharing Monetizable Time Savings Account Share Options LinkedIn Learnings and continuous development and growth opportunities
