Director, Program Manager (Workplace Services)

Job Description:Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s corporate services department for all WS mattersUnderstand the client’s real estate portfolio and strategic campus master plan to drive leading-practice solutionsDeliver presentations to key client stakeholders regarding WS initiativesManage the WS team, including setting goals, assessing performance, and fostering continuous improvementRecommend staffing levels and ensure consistency in service delivery through training and review of deliverablesOversee complex program schedules with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and critical interdependenciesManage risks and issues, taking corrective measures as neededCreate, analyze, and reconcile program budgetsCoordinate the delivery of monthly and quarterly business reporting and participate in operations meetingsEnsure major projects are adequately supported with tactical WS resourcesIdentify, recommend, and implement relevant technology solutionsStandardize playbooks, processes, data metrics, and technology across WS functionsMeasure, monitor, and report cost savings and value-added contributionsEstablish and monitor the WS service line's budget and revenueSummarize findings and make recommendations for action, including reviewing migration plans and ensuring the project pipeline aligns with long-term plansEvaluate customer requests to ensure alignment with long-term plans and utilization targetsRecommend, educate, and enforce space policies/standards, procedures, and protocolsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and incorporate evolving best practices into team operationsCollaborate with service partners to ensure seamless communication and integration across functions and stakeholdersStrategically anticipate and proactively address issues & downstream impactsCollaborate with peers to ensure holistic success of the programManage support vendors and external service providers as requiredSkills & Qualifications:BS/BA degree in Corporate Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Facilities Management; Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in corporate real estate/occupancy planning/workplace operations at a leadership levelStrong oral/written communication and client relationship management skillsProven people management skills with a history of high employee satisfaction and engagementAbility to embrace change and ambiguity and rally teams and resourcesExcellent time management and delegation skills in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills and Microsoft ProjectExperience with managing vendor relationships and support vendorsKnowledge of corporate workplace policies/standards, procedures, and protocolsFamiliarity with data consolidation and visualization toolsUnderstanding of financial metrics and reportingWork Environment:Hybrid Schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Awesome team environmentPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $125000.00
