We currently have a great opportunity for an Director - Office of the CDIO based at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.
Responsibilities
+ Strategic Vision and Execution:
+ Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrated digital platforms
+ Align digital platform initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
+ Lead digital innovation initiatives across TRATON and CDIO
+ Track IT’s key performance indicators
+ Financial / Budget Management
+ Maintains overall budget and financial forecasting for International IT and Digital, including 2-speed / VC-style funding mechanisms
+ Collaboration and Innovation:
+ Partner with business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability
+ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
+ Portfolio / Project (PMO) Management:
+ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital platform projects
+ Manage budgets, resources, risks, and governance to ensure successful project outcomes
+ Performance / Impact Monitoring:
+ Track, measure and maintains overall portfolio and prioritization across IT, including in support of 2-speed and co-innovation priorities
+ Communicate results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
+ Maintains planned and actual roadmaps/schedules and budgets
+ Talent Development:
+ Lead and mentor a team of digital platform professionals.
+ Develop and nurture an external innovation ecosystem for International.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 11 years of digital transformation experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ At least 9 years of digital transformation experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
OR
+ At least 14 years of digital transformation experience
+ At least 6 years of management experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
