Job Description
The Director of Production, Europe, is responsible for leading and optimizing all production activities across multiple manufacturing sites within the European region. This role is critical in ensuring that production processes align with company standards, quality expectations, and customer demands while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency in the aftermarket division.

• Project Management: Lead key production projects, such as capacity expansion, new product introductions, and technology upgrades.
Your Profile Director Operations Manufacturing Europe:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term production strategies that align with business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Deep knowledge of production processes, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Problem-Solving: Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written..
• Project Management: Expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, ERP systems, and production planning tools, ideally SAP.
• Change Management: Ability to drive change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
