Our client in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Senior Land Development Engineer to join their team! You will work alongside our client's Development Director as part of a multi-disciplinary land development team of consultants, lawyers and contractors.
 
Our client is a midsized Developer primarily involved with residential and commercial land development projects, with a footprint that encompasses most of the GTA. They are a family run group with over thirty years of industry presence behind them. They have a solid reputation not only for the quality of the work they deliver, but also for the way they invest in their people. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to gain valuable exposure to the client side of land development engineering.
 
Job Duties:
 Preparation and maintenance of project proformasManaging a team of multidisciplinary consultantsAdministering tendering processesOverseeing servicing, electrical and landscape contractorsBuilding and maintaining h2 relationships with local municipalitiesProcessing payment certificatesSupervising the subdivision assumption processQualifications:
 7-10+ years of progressive experience in residential land developmentP.Eng or CET DesignationExperience working in Engineering Consulting or DeveloperConfident working within the Ontario land development processCapable of taking control of projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Job 1198 Apply for This Job
