Qualifications POSITION SUMMARY: To coordinate, develop and administer a comprehensive partial hospitalization program that responds to the community’s need and supports the organization’s overall mission, philosophy, and goals; to integrate the management of the partial hospitalization system into the Holly Hill Hospital continuum of care. The Director will promote the hospital’s outpatient care programs for referral source identification and development, resulting in facilitating referral source admissions to the outpatient program. The Director will also be involved in the day to day functions of Partial Hospitalization Programs, ensuring that the program is running efficiently and that patients are receiving proper care. He/she will develop community relations and patient referrals, by promoting a positive image and reaching out to all aspects of the mental health community. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or mental health counseling; or Associate Degree in Nursing Experience: A minimum of 5 years clinical experience required, 3 years in a management capacity; experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings; experience in fiscal management; experience in clinical supervision; experience in crisis, individual, family and group treatment; experience in program development. Licensure/Certification: North Carolina LCSW or related licensure; RN license Current North Carolina Driver’s License Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of developmental and cognitive behavioral psychology and the needs of various populations. Knowledge of short term/stabilization mental health treatment. Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations and Joint Commission standards Verbal and writing skills Ability to maintain professional relationships with patients, patients’ family members, staff and community personnel. Knowledge of appropriate assessments, diagnoses, and interventions with patients. Knowledge of milieu management. Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families. Management skills which demonstrate the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions Organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management and team building skills. Skill in comprehension, psychological evaluation, assessment and treatment planning;
