Director - PDM & Platinum Strategy and Onboarding Operations

We are seeking an influential leader in Single Family Acquisitions to help us deliver a new automation centric software delivery methodology coupled with infrastructure delivery utilizing expanded native cloud capabilities and a heavy focus on test automation. Your Impact:

Develop, collaborate and execute on a comprehensive metric strategy that increases the transparency of software delivery to both business and technology partners. Drive comprehensive data analysis to assist in guiding metrics strategy presenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop, collaborate and execute on an onboarding strategy that prepares technology teams for adoption and enables teams to operate autonomously. Be a trusted partner and influencer to drive direction on capabilities and areas to advance maturity help accelerate rate of adoption and consumer satisfaction. Develop concise written materials with strong ability for creating complimentary graphics designs to “tell the story”. Operate with Product management mindset, seeking opportunities to develop solutions that are desirable, feasible and viable.

Qualifications:

12+ years of Product Management and Engineering experience Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent; MBA or Master’s degree a plus Experience delivering large, complex projects that involve interfacing with multiple teams, especially projects involving changes to platforms, methodologies,  business applications and technology. Demonstrated ability to synthesize needs and deliver related value. Proven ability to implement metrics and KPI’s Strong analytical and problem-solving thought processes. Demonstrated ability in strategizing and applying decisions. Top notch written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to management and expertly facilitate meetings. High level of comfort operating in ambiguity, and flexibility to work on multiple, concurrent assignments

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $203,000 - $305,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
