Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** Direct pharmacy operations to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the department and organization. + Direct the development and implementation of practices, policies and procedures in all functional areas of the department. + Accountable for department staffing and capacity planning. + Oversee the development, monitoring of and compliance with departmental budget(s). + Utilize broad knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements to direct departmental operations and ensure accountability for the department's compliance. + Develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with all site leadership, specialties, department including other specialty managers, associates and related vendors. + Implement specialty quality initiatives in the areas of patient safety, the Joint Commission, specialty accreditation, and performance improvement. + Participate in the development and administration of both long-term and annual capital plan which include facilities, systems and equipment. + Implement and monitor compliance with revenue integrity process. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
