We are looking for a dedicated Director Pharmacy Implementation like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The position is responsible for strategic process development, project implementation, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) conversions for new and existing members to the pharmacy contract portfolio. GPO conversions include establishing and maintaining professional business relationships, utilizing clinical and operational expertise, expediting pharmacy contract participation, reducing pharmacy costs, reporting financial impact, and promoting standardization. It is also a requirement to establish strategic alliances with key stakeholders, as it relates to a successful pharmacy expense and clinical management of the project implementation. This role oversees a team which uses data-driven insights to support strategic growth for clients. This role will also serve as a pharmacy account lead where needed. Traveling to member health systems and national conferences is required and varies.
