The Director of Vendor Management and PMO provides direction, guidance and leadership to a centralized team managing multiple fields. They will have close to 10 direct reports consisting of Sr. Managers, Project Managers, Process Architects & Analysts. They will supervise strategic technology supplier relationships to ensure suppliers are mitigating risks and meeting standards for operational resiliency and reliability. Establish and continuously improve supplier management processes partnering with application owners, infrastructure, procurement, legal, finance, cybersecurity, and others to run all aspects of the supplier process from onboarding to renewal to ongoing supplier performance management. Continuously explore ways to enhance existing and prospective relationships through supplier evaluation. And deliver critical supplier management functions.
