Primary Roles and Responsibility:You will be establishing and maintaining a high-performing and highly engaged engineering team consisting of developers and quality engineers.Your objective will be to deliver great products at high velocity, and to increase that velocity over time.You will do this by serving as the coach, mentor, and conductor of the individuals in this team, by growing their skills, and by finding and leading continuous process improvements. You will work closely with an ecosystem of product managers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders as you look to deliver innovative and easily adopted productsYou will manage all people aspects of the team, such as hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and promotions.
Required Qualifications:15 years of experience in software development5 years of experience leading development teamsDirect experience with Agile Development and related project tracking toolsClear understanding of graphs and graph theory problemsProficiency in programming languages such as Clojure, Scala and Python.Extensive experience with data manipulation libraries and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Demonstrated experience with advanced statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and experimentation.Proven ability to work with large datasets.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into architectural solutions.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree or equivalentExperience developing, or leading development for, SaaS-delivered products
