Director Product Marketing Strategist

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Product Marketing Strategist plays a critical role in driving the success of our expanding product portfolio. With a focus on strategic direction, this role shapes product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. The idea candidate has experience in both consumer marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and B2B marketing, ideally with experience marketing services to employers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop customer (i.e. individual consumer) product marketing strategies that align with Customer Solutions business outcomes and vision for growth.
• Support development of B2B marketing strategies.
• Define customer acquisition best practices that can then be tailored to individual product specifics. Work with product teams to both train around best practices and support tailoring.
• Advocate across product teams and with engineering for platform capabilities to support product marketing where these investments in pan-product functionality will drive success across the portfolio at lower cost and effort.
• Translate market insights into actionable product strategies that drive growth and innovation.
• Analyze key performance metrics, user feedback, churn rate and session duration to drive improvements and engagement plans.
• Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring customer insights and feedback shape product positioning.
• Identify areas where technology and automation can drive increased efficiency and results.
• Own product marketing materials, enabling sales and advising client-facing teams on key messaging.
• Persuade and engage with various stakeholder audiences by demonstrating solid communication skills.
• Serve as a senior consultant to product teams, senior management on marketing opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in customer acquisition/ growth and/or product marketing very highly preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive growth and market share.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• A blend of strategic foresight, industry expertise and leadership acumen, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams. Experience in complex matrix organization.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience, 10 years preferred
