Director Professional Services & PMO

Professional Services:

Oversee the global project management team responsible for delivering professional services to clients globally, ensuring high-quality and client satisfaction. Develop the necessary PMO procedures, metrics, and objectives to manage the success of the business and proactively respond to gaps identified by data trends and changing business requirements, including utilization, bookings, revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Manage a planning and financial forecasting process that enables sustainable capacity planning for project managers. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Professional Services Directors responsible for the delivery teams who work within the project manager's supervision to engage our customers and deliver the scope of the work in a way that maximizes customer and employee engagement. Collaborate with various teams to meet customer requirements and service excellence standards. Monitor and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both service delivery and project management functions. Report regularly to the senior management team on performance and areas for improvement.

Strategic Leadership and Strategy:

Develop and execute a clear vision and strategic plan for professional service delivery and development. Set clear objectives, goals, and milestones for the organization's growth and development.

Organization Building:

Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships and engage with stakeholders across various functional areas whose teams are present in the region, providing compelling metrics, reporting, and insight supporting Accruent’s profitable growth. Address client concerns and proactively seek opportunities for expansion in the region to accelerate business strategy.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure that projects and services comply with relevant regulations, quality standards, and security protocols. Implement quality assurance processes and manage audits as necessary.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for the global professional services PMO. Monitor financial performance and seek opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
