As the Director of Project Proposals, you will lead and coordinate the proposal development process for Systems and Software Projects in Europe.
This position requires strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, Automation). Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with various served industries and understanding of client requirements. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Showed experience in proposal development, preferably in a leadership role Understanding of the Systems and Software solutions, processes, and Organization Proven experience in effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams is ideal.
