Aside from our annual base salary of approximately $163,825 - $229,355 an employee within this position will also be eligible for the following: + NEW HIRE INCENTIVE: New hires may be eligible for a one-time New Hire Incentive up to 10% of the current annual base wage. Credit for prior public service may be considered (Management Resolution, §616A) + ANNUAL LEAVE REDEMPTION: The ability to "cash in" or redeem up to 100 hours of annual leave per year after using 80 hours of annual leave within the previous 12 months (Management Resolution, §1205) + HEALTH PLANS: Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents. A flexible credit allowance of up to $25,558 annually. + HOLIDAYS: 12 paid days per year, including 1 floating holiday to use at your discretion. + DEFERRED COMPENSATION: You may elect to contribute to one or both of the County's deferred compensation plans (established under Internal Revenue Code sections 401(k) and 457). This position represents the Agency in matters relating to the Watershed Protection Department; and performs related work as required.
