Director Quality Assurance

The Director of Quality Assurance is tasked with managing the Quality Management System (QMS) at the site(s) and overseeing all facets of Quality Engineering and Product Inspection within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Effectively handling multiple tasks and setting priorities in a diverse product environment. Leading internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with certifications and customer/supplier standards. Acting as the main quality assurance contact for identifying and resolving issues, reporting losses, and driving continuous improvement. Leading root cause analysis and other problem-solving initiatives to implement effective corrective actions and enhance processes. Organizing periodic Management Reviews and preparing monthly performance metrics for the organization.
