We are looking for the right candidate to provide high quality, compassionate, personalized health care. **Position Highlights** Brookings Health System, located in Southeast South Dakota, is seeking a **Quality Director** to join our team and be part of the Brookings Health System mission: To provide high quality, compassionate, personalized health care. Brookings Health system is a non-profit City owned health organization offering a full range of inpatient, outpatient, surgery, home health and extended care services. Brookings Health System includes a 49 bed hospital, 3 operating rooms, 79 bed nursing home, congregate living facility, Yorkshire Eye Clinic, Arlington Medical Center, White Medical Clinic and Volga Medical Clinic. This is a full time exempt position and will have full benefits. The Quality Director is responsible for overseeing the quality management and quality improvement programs for the health system. Directs quality assurance and compliance functions; Analyzes quality data and prepares reports; Assists in the implementation of quality improvement processes. Provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards. Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
