Position Information:
The Director of Outpatient Rehab and Healthworks is responsible for the administrative management, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and financial outcomes for the OP Rehab Departments of all OP Rehab Therapy locations, OP Nutrition Services, WPP/WSG Physical Therapy locations, OP Cardiac Rehab Healthworks Fitness and Wellness, OP Specialty Rehab, OP Rehab Registration, and all outpatient business office functions related to registration scheduling reception insurance prior approval certifications authorizations and charge entry for areas of responsibility. OP Rehab Director provides systemwide services and matrix with all rehab division, enterprise leaders, WPP service lines directors, and the WKCC High Value Specialists. The OP Director operates departments in multiple locations within the hospital campuses, off campus, Health Plexes, community facilities, and/or ambulatory service areas. The OP Director is highly engaged in rehab accredited programs through complex neuro program leadership and continuum of care leadership using CARF quality and best practice standards, QAPI, and LEAN processes. The OP rehab director serves as primary point of contact for WM OP rehab services, Wake Specialty Group Physical Therapy, Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, OP Nutrition, and for the WKCC ACO HVS. The OP Rehab Director collaborates with customer, administration medical staff, peers, and subordinates to fulfill job responsibilities, meet performance standards achieve rehab division goals and objectives. OP Director provides leadership to division wide patient and customer service excellence. OP Director is responsible for compliance with accreditation agencies including Joint Commission, DHSR for Cardiac Rehab, and other regulatory agencies as indicated. Position assumes responsibility OP Rehab and Healthworks in the absence of the Executive Director.
Experience Requirements:
5 Years Clinical - Rehabilitation Required - And 2 Years Management Required - And 2 Years Management - Direct Area of Responsibility Preferred - And Referral Development Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Related Field Required - And Master's Degree Related Field Or Business Administration Or Health Administration Preferred
