The Purpose of the Role

As a Director of Enterprise Solutions here at Honeywell, you\nwill be accountable for guiding the development and implementation of\nenterprise-level technology solutions. Your strategic vision, technical\nexpertise, and guiding skills will be instrumental in delivering innovative and\neffective solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.

In this role,\nyou will have the opportunity to shape the overall enterprise solutions\nstrategy and guide the team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and\nintegrated solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to comprehend\nbusiness requirements, identify technology solutions, and ensure successful\nsolution delivery. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders\nand effectively communicate complex technical concepts will be key to driving\ncustomer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

You\nwill report directly to our Senior Director Enterprise Sales and work out of\nour Dhahran location on On-site work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutionsGuide the development and implementation of enterprise solutions for our customersDrive the growth and profitability of the business through innovative solutionsManage all aspects of engagements for Strategic/Large Opportunities Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.Define sales and growth strategy towards key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.Provide strategic guidance to the team Ensure solutions align with scalability, security, and integration requirementsDrive continuous improvement and innovation in enterprise solutions processes and methodologies

Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in enterprise\nsolutions development and implementationBachelor’s /Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or engineering Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or related areas Strong guiding and strategic planning\nskillsProven track record of driving growth\nand profitability through innovative solutionsExpertise in emerging technologies and trends, with a focus on leveraging them for business advantage. Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking skills, business acumen and customer focus
