Job Title: Europe Sales Excellence Director
Location: Bracknell or Motherwell
Job Summary: The Europe Sales Excellence Director will be responsible for driving sales performance and sales excellence across the European region. Reporting to the Sales Operations leader – Europe, you will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, optimizing sales management, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellence operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability of cross-functional alignment and global alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own wing-to-wing responsibility & lead team responsible for Sales Enablement in Europe, including: sales operations, Sales Campaigns, Sales lead management, Sales Incentive Plan execution, Process Improvement across Honeywell’s Strategic Business Unit’s’ (SBU) sales processes and tools, and sales outcomes on pipeline, revenue, retention and effectiveness
· Partner with the President IA Europe, Europe GMs, the Sales Operations leader and others to support, coach and train Sales Directors and Managers to ensure compliance to the Sales Operating System, sales MOS, and other sales operations processes and procedures. Use Accelerator to drive these efforts.
· Champion Honeywell Corporate and Honeywell Industrial Automation initiatives, including to drive financial, commercial, talent and other key cross-functional areas
· Identify and lead Sales Behavior Index (SBI) related improvement actions
· Drive Salesforce Effectiveness, Win-Loss Analysis and other key Sales’ management operating systems (MOS) in Europe, partnering closely with EU GMs or Sales Leaders and other functional stakeholders
· Develop Europe specific strategic growth initiatives to actionable sales plans and quotas supported by best-in-industry sales excellence operations
· Manage strong MOS with global SE leaders and Europe sales leaders on areas of focus, improvement actions, investment business cases and results
· Drive simplification of and provide reliable data, scorecards and insights while driving improvement actions
· Provide analysis and reporting support for order and pipeline in support of goals and objectives by supporting the Business leadership and where possible as much direct support as possible
· Collaborate and be the liaison between sales and other functional groups, including offering management, customer marketing, finance, HR, IT and service
· Ensure that sales excellence and global best practices are communicated and followed
· Implement and feed into the Sales MOS, drive active attendance, and that outcomes are committed, tracked, and executed
· Work with the Business GMs and Global Commercial Excellence to facilitate and manage quota rollout in Europe
· Program management for sales incentive plan within the business in conjunction with the Global SIP team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales operations or sales excellence roles, preferably across different regions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Desired Skills:
