Position and Team Overview: As a Director/Senior Director on Payer Sciences’ Client Engagement Team, you will be executing and leading projects across our entire spectrum of capabilities.  This role requires team collaboration to ensure the achievement of our clients’ objectives and requires a hands-on contributor who can efficiently lead multiple projects simultaneously.  Depending on your interest, skills and project needs, specific tasks can include defining a market access launch strategy, developing slide presentations, advising our analytics team on analysis to complete (or independently conducting data analysis if you are so inclined), leading market research exercises, developing workshops or leading development of marketing materials.  In short, you will be afforded an exciting work environment to demonstrate your strategic and analytic acumen, while at the same time learning new skills and approaches from an intelligent and experienced team. Job DescriptionLead day-to-day activities for assigned projects and clientsProactively identify fresh and innovative approaches to projectsUnderstand client’s competitive environment and challengesAdvise pharmaceutical clients on managed markets issuesThink strategically and develop solutions for assigned projects in collaboration with internal and external teamsParticipate in idea generation – presenting and ‘selling’ solutions aligned to marketing strategies, content and business objectivesOrganize and communicate data/information in a concise manner, drilling down concepts into relevant detailContribute toward the growth and management of relationships with clientsIdentify critical issues and ensure they are addressed by the teamDepending on the nature of specific projects, responsibilities may include:Process and organize facts, data and other information to define a problem and develop effective solutionsDirect analytics team on data analyses to complete that will uncover potential challenges and inform strategyLead execution of market research, including recruiting, conducting interviews, developing discussion guides and generating summary reportDevelop PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey issues uncovered through qualitative and quantitative research and provide recommendationsParticipate in developing product value proposition and tactics for use with payer customersMaintain a working knowledge of a variety of therapeutic categories and pharmaceutical marketing restrictionsEnsure that account and client feedback are clearly translated into creative effortsCollaborate with art and copy counterparts to maintain agency creative standards

Qualifications5-10 years+ of professional experience, preferably in the pharma/biotech industryMarket access experience and/or knowledge is strongly preferred but not requiredExperience in management consulting or marketing is a plusProfessional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitudeBachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD degree
