The Director of Staff Development Nurse will be an expert at delivering variety of training and education to ensure staff compliance and development at our new Skilled Nursing TCU LTC and Senior Care Center in downtown St Paul, MN. This RN position will be the expert at delivering variety of training and education to ensure staff compliance and development. Ability and knowledge that assists staff to work at their highest level of licensure with confident to provide quality, safety and proper techniques to residents served.

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: RNRN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as follows -AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor.
