Join us in advancing our mission to deliver exceptional solutions and services that help our customers succeed. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement a forward-thinking supply chain strategy for the Americas, aligning with business objectives to optimize costs, delivery, and risk management + Cultivate and handle key supplier relationships, guiding Regional Category Managers in performance optimization, development, and negotiations to spark innovation and stay ahead of the competition + Lead impactful initiatives that drive quality improvements, reduce lead times, and deliver cost savings through process optimization and strategic sourcing + Leverage the Pressure Management cross-functional Supply Chain Phase-Gate procedure to fine-tune and elevate supply chain design for maximum efficiency + Inspire and empower team members throughout project phases, setting clear objectives, maintaining focus, and ensuring timely execution of successful outcomes + Build, mentor, and nurture a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement + Lead diverse projects using a blend of predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches to meet evolving business needs and goals + Collaborate with partners to set and measure critical metrics, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities + Uphold the highest standards of operational integrity by ensuring compliance with procurement, trade, and supply chain regulations across all activities **Who You Are:** You quickly take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations.
