Aspirus in Wausau, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- SYSTEM NURSING DIALYSIS to join our team!
The System Director of Nursing - Dialysis is responsible for maximizing clinical, financial, and operational performance, along with strategic planning for Dialysis, and is responsible for the development, growth and oversight of high quality, cost effective integrated service line within Aspirus. Additionally, this person is accountable for the outcomes of the care and service provided in the area under their direction by providing leadership, direction, and oversight. This person enhances patient care effectiveness and efficiency through application of leadership principles. As Director, this person establishes partnership relationships to promote quality care across the continuum. The System Director is responsible for producing, nurturing, and sustaining a professional practice environment that affords and enhances patient care effectiveness and efficiency through leadership to multidisciplinary teams, effective physician relationships, and a shared vision and dedication to the future of Aspirus.

Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of nursing acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in nursing.A master’s degree in business or healthcare related field completed prior to hire or within a mutually agreed upon period.Five years’ experience in dialysis is essential for this position.Previous experience in the supervision of personnel, evaluation of program operational, strategic, and quality outcomes, and budget preparation and resource utilization beneficial.An active Wisconsin RN license required.Possesses diplomacy, problem solving, conflict management and resolution, team building, collaboration with stakeholders and disparate parties, and effective written and oral communication skills.Membership in appropriate professional organizations is beneficial.Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
