Summary About the Position: Works under the general administrative direction of 11th Airborne Division (11th ABN DIV) G3 who is the sole staff officer responsible for the oversight, planning, coordinating, conduct, and evaluation of all military training programs within 11th ABN DIV. Responsibilities The Director plans, organizes and directs work efforts and sets project milestones on a long-term basis to ensure the appropriate distribution and accomplishment of assignments. The Director determines and sets priorities, and achievement of self-developed and higher authority-imposed projects and/or taskings. Acts as the Major Military Command Executive Agent in the execution of the Department of Army range and training land management program. As the 11th ABN DIV expert and proponent in the training support management functional area; acts as technical advisor to the command on training support programs and the use and life-cycle management of training support equipment. As the 11th ABN DIV expert and proponent in the training support management functional area; ensures compliance with training support policies, and resolves training support inadequacies. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 132 Department of the Army Employees assigned to TSA-AK.
