The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS products, a strong background in value engineering, and a proven track record of driving customer success and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Value Delivery: Define and execute the value engineering strategy to align with corporate goals and customer success initiatives. Lead a team of value engineers to deliver high-quality, impactful engagements with customers. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to integrate value engineering into the customer journey. Customer Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
Deliver value assessments and ROI analyses to demonstrate the impact of our SaaS solutions.
Develop and present compelling business cases and value propositions to key stakeholders and decision-makers. Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for product and process improvements to enhance customer value. Drive continuous improvement in value engineering methodologies and tools.
Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing customer outcomes.
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to enhance our value engineering approach. Sales Enablement and Support: Partner with the sales and services teams to support the acquisition of new customers and Cross Sell and Upsells through value-driven conversations. Develop and maintain materials, such as case studies, ROI calculators, and presentations. Participate in thought leadership activities, such as webinars, white papers, and industry conferences.
