Position Purpose:
The Director of Women’s & Children’s Services provides operational leadership and subject matter expertise to guide clinical integration and excellence across Holy Cross Health. This role ensures the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality care while fostering collaboration among hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
What You Do:
Lead and manage Women’s & Children’s Services, creating a collaborative structure that aligns hospitals, clinics, and community stakeholders.Design, implement, and evaluate programs and services that support clinical practice, patient care delivery, and operational excellence.Drive high reliability, quality, and cost efficiency through LEAN and performance improvement initiatives.Partner with leadership and physician colleagues to develop the strategic vision, promote program growth, and share best practices.Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, systems, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the continuum.Mentor, coach, and inspire teams while managing resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.Minimum Qualifications:
Licensure: Current Maryland RN license and/or Compact State licensure.Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health-Related Field, or Business required.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of nursing practice and 5 years of management experience in an acute care setting.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage teams and build effective relationships.Proven ability to analyze data, manage change, and implement solutions that drive results.Demonstrated expertise in resource management, operational planning, and navigating ambiguity under pressure.Position Highlights and Benefits:

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
