The Disability Coordinator will manage and coordinate both occupational and non-occupational claims for employees. This includes case management, benefits coordination, and acting as a backup for the Employee Benefits Coordinator. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.

Manage occupational and non-occupational injury claims.Serve as the primary contact for benefit coordination related to claims.Report occupational claims to Workers' Compensation.Maintain accurate case files and documentation.Generate weekly and bi-weekly reports for claims and payroll.Coordinate light duty opportunities when applicable.Assist with Employee Benefits Coordinator duties, including Open Enrollment and Wellness Programs.Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with all levels of management.Work Experience
Requirements:
2+ years of injury case management experience preferred.Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation processes.Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High School Diploma or GED.How to Apply:
