Our client is seeking a highly organized individual to assist their team. This role is supporting hurricane relief efforts by assisting McDowell County residents with debris removal applications.

The position is Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm. 100% onsite at the McDowell County Emergency Services office

Responsibilities:
Supporting hurricane relief efforts by assisting McDowell County residents with debris removal applications
Assisting walk-in property owners with applying for this benefit
Asking resident questions to determine if they meet eligibility criteria
Collecting identification
Ensuring forms have the proper signatures and that they're filled out correctly
Application submission via tablets
Reviewing applications for compliance
Answering incoming calls
Keeping all information confidential
