Are you ready to be part of a global leader in entertainment? We are seeking a PTP, Disbursement Associate to join our dynamic team at Paramount. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our UK, Europe, Australasia, Africa, and LATAM regions, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily payment runs in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements Review and amend payment proposals, ensuring they reach the bank by the cutoff time Enter manual payments through online banking portals (Citibank, DB, IT2) Ensure all critical payments are processed without delay Coordinate payments across different entities within the company Ensure weekly reconciliations between SAP and bank records Track and reverse rejected or returned payments promptly Work closely with the Treasury team to maintain optimal cash flow Provide proof of payments and handle remittance advice requests Resolve queries from other departments or suppliers using the Service Now ticketing system Ensure adherence to all process controls and internal audit policies Support both internal and external audit processes Work closely with PTP team members and cross-functional departments Assist in onboarding and training new team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in Finance is a plus, but not mandatory Familiarity with any ERP system is an advantage B2/C1 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Dynamic and self-motivated Precise and detail-oriented Strong team player with the ability to work independently Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Logical thinker with a proactive approach
