We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Disbursements Associate to manage all disbursement activities for Paramount, CBS, and Viacom Media Networks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global brands and be a part of our dynamic team in Budapest.
Key Responsibilities:
Process disbursements for ViacomCBS/Paramount divisions using Oracle and SAP Manage and respond to emails in the Disbursement email inbox Issue manual IT2 wire payments Handle and resolve tickets assigned in Ramp, adhering to SLAs Process and resolve returned or rejected wires Track rejected payments to ensure timely reissuance Ensure accuracy and efficiency in disbursements Reconcile bank file transfers and wire payments Contribute to process improvements Timely communication of issues to the supervisor
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) Experience in a multi-location company 2+ years in an accounts payable role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Oracle, SAP, and accounting systems
