Job Description:

Clearance: Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire

Location: Springfield, VA

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Education: Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience within a related field

Typical Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Position Overview:

Supports efforts to execute international partnerships. Provides expert support to the IAP staff regarding policy for foreign partner information sharing to further NGA’s GEOINT relationships.

Duties include:

Supports proper identification of products to be released.Researches IC policies as it pertains to disclosure and release.Develops and maintains sharing matrix of bilateral partnerships to enable deepening NGA relationships with international partners through product sharing.Reviews NGA products for sharing potential and prepare a releasable version to eligible partners for International Officer decision and dissemination.Support IAP activities to advance GEOINT partnerships with foreign countries, including expert knowledge and application of each NGA D&R process (Continuing Authorization, Limited Expansion, ad hoc imagery sharing, commercial imagery policy, use requests, and OPIR D&R policy).Draft, coordinate, and edit policy documents, memos, correspondence, and reports on partner activities.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

Demonstrated experience understanding Disclosure and Release policies.Demonstrated experience using developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.Demonstrated experience in using advanced presentation techniques and visualizationDemonstrated experience maintaining complete chronological record keeping of activity.

Desired Skills:

Demonstrated experience facilitating monthly meetings and updates.Demonstrated experience reviewing and verifying funding and program requirementsDemonstrated experience using Disclosure and Release tools such as DART, IDT, or GDIR.

Salary Range: 

$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
