Summary
Maintains kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. Washes pots, pans, and trays. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors. Washes and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. Segregates, removes trash, garbage and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans. Sort bottles and breaks disposable ones in bottle crushing machine. Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors Works together as a team to achieve customer service. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Sets up banquet tables. Washes and peels vegetables. Requisition cleaning supplies as needed. Follow established company and departmental standards for personal appearance and behavior. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, and/or one to three months related experience preferred. Food handlers card preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to listen to and apply instructions. Ability to request guidance as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission permit from a relevant government agency.
